The Royal Armouries is the UK’s national museum of arms and armour based in Leeds. It is a popular visitor attraction and – especially for those with interest in the medieval times – provides a fantastic family day out. Each year, the Royal Armouries hold an Easter event and this year we had the job of helping them market the event on Social Media.
What We Did
We had a specific budget to work with when we were putting together some ideas for this campaign. We looked at the work the Royal Armouries’ team were already carrying out and split the budget between a series of ads targeting various different audiences, both locally and nationally. The posts and ads reached an astoundingly wide audience and gained a lot of interaction in the weeks leading up to the event.
