Surge Marketing Solutions are currently seeking a part-time to full-time administrator to join their team in Middlesbrough.

The role will require a candidate who is extremely well-organised and experienced, with a high standard of both written and oral communication. They will support the team in the administration and general coordination of the business, alongside carrying out general day-to-day office tasks.

Some key responsibilities for the administrator are:

Writing proposals

Booking appointments

Financial admin

Greeting clients

General office organisation

 

Some key qualities required for the role are:

Good attention to detail

Ability to work well in a team

Great communication skills – including a good telephone manner

Immaculate writing skills

Previous admin experience

Ability to work to deadlines

Confidence using Microsoft Office
